Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Friends of Rietvlei will be held on
THURSDAY 11 MAY 2017 AT 7.30 FOR 8.00PM
at
RIETVLEI EDUCATION CENTRE, off Sandpiper Road, Table View.
1.  Attendance and apologies 2.  Confirmation of 2016 AGM minutes 3.  Chairman’s report 4.  Treasurer’s report 5.  Membership Fees 5.  Election of committee members 6.  Questions and comment 7.  Guest Speaker: Koos Retief will be presenting the Highlights of Table Bay Nature Reserve, incorporating                               the Rietvlei wetlands.
Please ensure that you attend this important and informative meeting. Should you be unable to attend please send your apologies to info@friendsofrietvlei.co.za
Please remember to ensure that your membership is up to date by paying by EFT into the bank account, and advising us by email. Your membership card will be available for collection at the AGM. Alternatively you can pay by cash at the AGM.
Light refreshments will be available.
